Montana Ranked 6th “Smartest” State

My cousin brought this article to my attention because of the incorrect use of the word "Dumb", it was sort of interesting, so I thought I would share it with you!

Basically, the premise was that the author would use a couple of studies to determine which of the 50 States produced the most educated citizens. It's an interesting read anyway, check out at Main Street
