Nine Year Old Boy Sells Toys…
If you haven't had a good cry yet today, then check out this adorable boy who (wait for it) went behind his parents back and sold his toys to support Arizona Congresswoman Giffords and her family. His donation? A generous $2.85.
The Giffords assumed it was his lunch money, but they later found out Isaac Saldana sold his toys to classmates.
This isn't the first time that young ones have stepped forward selflessly. You might remember young Alex Scott, who when stricken with cancer, opened a lemonade stand to raise money to help find a cure for all childhood cancers. After she passed away, other children across the country opened their own lemonade stands in her memory.
