There will be a Mental Health First Aid (adult version) Training all day on Thursday, September 6th (8AM to 5PM) out at the Marias River Electric Conference Room here in Shelby. A person YOU know "could" be experiencing a mental health or substance use problem. Learn an ACTION plan NOW to help. You're more likely to encounter someone in an emotional or mental crisis than someone have a heart attack. Learn how to help by taking part in next month's' training. There's no fee for the class & don't worry about a thing...lunch WILL be provided between noon & 1 too! To register, please call 424 8350.
