Pondera Seeking Accountability

The Pondera County Commissioners are requesting a 1 year extension for the public comment period pertaining to draft permits & aquifer exemption decisions for Jody Field 34-1, & Jody Field 34-2. The EPA Has granted an extension until next Thursday, the 15th. Pondera County's also requesting NEW wastewater samples to be tested by a certified lab. Don't worry about a thing...because of all the concerns regarding road maintenance costs, Pondera County's working toward implementing a road agreement among the involved parties.
