SECRETS YOUR BOSS ISN’T TELLING YOU

That's the name of Colleen Kettenhofen's new book and I'm going to talk with Colleen this afternoon (Friday) at 4:35 on the Puffman Show. Kettenhofen says that she know your bosses' biggest pet peeves, like people who start the rumor mill or gossips. She's an award-winning Speaker and author plus she's one of those "Leadership, Change Management Experts" who claims to help people overcome adversity and embrace accountability. My opinion: with a last name like Kettenhofen, it will probably take me most of the interview to figure out how to pronounce her name. Why can't I get more people with names like Smith, Jones, or Puffer! I'm anxious to find out what secrets my boss ain't telling me about...
