Shelby Construction CHANGE Of Plans

Our storm water construction project will begin crossing Main Street, NEXT Tuesday, the 28th, now DELAYED because of the "expected" weather events this week. Next Tuesday, 5th Avenue North, to Main Street, & Main Street, itself, will be CLOSED to truck/highway traffic with traffic diverted down Front Street. Don't worry about a thing, LOCAL traffic will be able to access 5th Avenue businesses, & Main Street, to the viaduct on the west end, & to 4th Avenue on the east end. The City of Shelby, greatly appreciates all your patience with the construction, concrete work, paving taking place within our business district, & south side residential blocks.
