Shelby Road Closure If You’re Heading East

Starting today (Wed) & continuing until tomorrow (Thurs) evening, Highway 2/Main Street, in Shelby, heading east from Main Street Convenience/Main Street, will be CLOSED all the way to Benjamin Road. Due to road paving. They'll be working on the intersection of Main, & 1st Avenue SE, & SE Front, where the storm water project comes across. The detour for eastbound traffic will be north on Galena, pass the city shop, then south on Benjamin Road & back to Highway 2. West bound traffic will be the same...turn to come south on Benjamin, & down Galena, back to Front Street. Don't worry about a thing, signage is in place going both directions. *Besides that, I've placed a picture of a real road paver on this blog. Your patience is appreciated as this is the final phase of the paving for our storm water project. The road will be reopened as soon as possible, & we'll be keeping you posted & updated on KSEN, K96 FM, & my Puff Man Blog. Just like the newly paved road, we'll keep you covered.
