Shelby’s Mow Notice

We have a Weed Ordinance here in Shelby, that requires ALL vegetation on your property be kept below 6 inches. "IF" vegetation is more than 6 inches, you're in violation of the Shelby City Ordinance. You can see more about the ordinance by visiting the City of Shelby website at www.shelbymt.com. Unsightly weeds & vegetation continue to be an ongoing problem, & our Shelby City Council, hopes to eliminate this annual problem. BTW, trees, hedges & bushes at the intersections MUST be no higher than 2 & a half feet within 30 feet of the street corner.
