Shelby’s Paving The Way

Helena Sand & Gravel, will be resuming work on Shelby's storm water improvement project. They'll begin excavation on 4th Avenue North, at Front Street, & continue south across Main Street, & up 4th Avenue, to 2nd Street South, & along 2nd Street Southwest, to approximately 10th Avenue. Don't worry about a thing, but "some" of 4th Avenue, may remain "partially" open to allow the drive-up window at First State Bank, to function. The paving contractor should be arriving soon in Shelby, to complete sections along 1st Street North, & following the construction crew as best they can to get our streets paved. It may be hard by the yard, but inch by inch, it's going to be a cinch.
