Still Flushing In Shelby

Our Shelby city crew's moving on with flushing the hydrants. Today, (Thurs) they're over on the northeast side of town. Residue will be in the lines as the hydrants are opened, & the water will turn "slightly" brown during the process. Best to save your laundry for another day.
