Thanksgiving is less than a week away and now you can celebrate the special relationships for which you're the most thankful with a cool new video feature from Facebook.

It was eight years ago that Twitter moved onto the social media stage.  To celebrate, the company is inviting users to join its founders for a trip back in time...all the way to their very first tweet.

Patrick Snay was the former head of a private preparatory school in Miami. At the age of 69, his contract with Gulliver Preparatory School wasn't renewed, which led to a legal battle. In November 2011, Snay and the school reached an agreement in which Snay would receive $10,000 in back pay and $80,000 as part of a settlement. Over the last week, about 125 million Facebook users in America received an email concerning a legal settlement of a class action suit against the social networking site.
