The "2nd Annual Bluegrass in the Park" will be kicking off the 28th Lewis & Clark Festival, Friday night, June 16th, at Gibson Park down in Great Falls. TWO bands will be featured this year, Laney Lou & the Bird Dogs from Bozeman will be the opening band with the HEADLINER coming all the way from Nashville? I'm jacking my jaws about "The Farm Hands" from Nashville, & they'll be making their FIRST time ever appearance in our Treasure State. Speaking of "Farm hands," a woman who knows absolutely NOTHING about working on a farm, Norma Ashby, will be my special guest on the Puffman Show tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon at 4:30 to share all the details on the 2nd Annual Bluegrass in the Park. No worries though, Norma may never have worked on a real farm but she loves bacon, beef & corn! I might mention that tickets are NOW on sale down at the Mansfield box office OR on line at: ticketing.greatfalls.net. Bluegrass in the Park & the Lewis & Clark Festival are sponsored by the Lewis & Clark Foundation in support of the Lewis & Clark National Historic Trial Interpretive Center. It's always MY pleasure to welcome back Norma Ashby, a true broadcast professional & pioneer here on the Puffman Show!
