Veterans Day Under The Big Sky

The Shelby High School Student Council will be holding a small get together for veterans AND their families tomorrow (Wednesday) morning at 9:15 in the Shelby High School foyer. This Veterans Day get together will be followed by an assembly in the auditorium at 10 o'clock. Our Shelby Girl Scouts will be presenting a FREE taco dinner tomorrow night at 6 for ALL veterans & their families at the Shelby Methodist Church. Down in Valier, the Valier Veterans Day program kicks off with breakfast tomorrow morning at 8:30 for veterans to be followed by the program at 9 at the high school multi-purpose room.  Over in Cut bank, there's going to be a Veterans Day Dinner at the Cut Bank Moose Lodge with the social hour running from 5 until 6 o'clock & the dinner served up at 6. You're encouraged to bring a can of food for the food pantry. Up  north tomorrow evening, the Galata Eagle Scouts will be putting on a Veterans Day Pancake Supper from 5 until 7 at the Galata Community Hall. Everyone is welcome & the proceeds will be going towards the Boys State & Montana Veterans Memorial Flag here in Shelby. We thank ALL our veterans for they have done & continue doing for our country!
