Whitefish Women & The War

I'll be up at the Marias Heritage Center here in Shelby this evening (Tuesday) to read & share more Montana History. We'll be plunging on with our current tome, "Stump Town to Ski Town: The Story of Whitefish, Montana," & learning about the war effort of Whitefish women during the second world war. The women were doing it all...knitting, bandage-making, not to mention the Servicemen's Canteen being on the scene. Looking forward to seeing you at 6 tonight for Montana History at the Heritage!
