WHO HASN’T HEARD OF VINEGAR

Who hasn't heard of drinking apple cider vinegar to loose weight? Millions swear by it. Well okay, maybe thousands. I try not to exaggerate on the Puffman Blog. The "Queen of Vinegar", Patricia Bragg, will be my guest this afternoon at 4:35. Bragg's father, the late Paul C. Bragg, founded the first Health Food Store in 1912. Bragg herself has been the health consultant to Clint Eastwood, Tom Hanks, Madonna, Katy Perry and Jack LaLanne. Jack LaLanne recently died...what does that tell you. However being the "stage door johnny" that I am, I'm always glad to talk with Patricia and listen to her adventures.  Her best-selling book "Apple Cider Vinegar-Miracle Health System"
