MSU Extension's having Salsa & Meat Canning Classes NEXT Thursday & Friday evenings, the 20th, & 21st. The salsa canning class is on Thursday, with the meat canning on Friday. The time for BOTH classes BOTH evenings will be at 5, with a cost of only $15. Don't worry about a thing, but re-registration's required by contacting Lisa Terry, at 873 2239. Deadline to register is NEXT Wednesday, the 19th. As they say in Hollywood, "it's in the can!"
