Classic Margarita
There are many “classic” margarita recipes to choose from, but let's start with the International Bartender's Association recipe just to be diplomatic.

Cadillac Margarita
This is the “Cadillac” of Margaritas because you need to use all the best ingredients. Put that tequila blanco away and pull down a nice reposado from the top shelf. Replace the Cointreau with something fancier like Grand Marnier.
Jalapeño Margarita
It's Cinco de Mayo, let's heat things up with a spicy margarita recipe, courtesy of the Food Network. There are different recipes using hotter chiles but the jalapeño has just the right picante, without leaving your taste buds out of commission.
Mango Margarita
Mexico produces nearly two million tons of mangos annually. This tasty fruit goes good with everything, especially tequila. Try out this refreshing margarita from Food and Wine magazine.
Chocolate Margarita
Now for something a little unorthodox. Even though the Aztecs were among the first people to make chocolate, it's hard to call the Margarita Texas' chocolate margarita “Mexican.” That said, you'll probably still call this recipe “delicious.”
