We're all "caught up" in the book, "Goodbye Wifes and Daughters," the riveting story of the February 27, 1943 coal mine explosion, fire & disaster down at the Bearcreek mine in which 73 of the 78 men on duty died that awful day in the mine. The late Emil Anderson knew this after the lights went out in the mine. He knew the DEADLY gas would soon be coming for him.
