New Study Says Cell Phones Are Causing Aggression In Teens
It's no secret that social media and digital devices have had quite an impact on society over the years.
Most of us are so attached to our cell phones that if we leave them at home or, heaven forbid, break them, it's almost as if our lives are ending.
Arguably, the most reliant generation on cell phones is our teen population.

Cell Phone Study
On the topic of cell phones and their impact on our youth, a recent study, expose the harsh realities of the digital era and its impact on the teen community.
The study was conducted by Sapien Labs, supported by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation.
The study encompassed over 10,000 youth aged 13 to 17 years old from across the United States in India.

Impacts Of Cell Phones On Youth
I'm not sure if I was overly shocked by this study's findings, but they are definitely alarming!
Overall, the study revealed increased levels of aggression, anger, and even a sense of detachment from reality among teen users.
Key findings include:
- The majority of teen girls in the study, about 65%, and nearly half of the boys, 48%, reported significant health challenges impacting their daily lives.
- Some of the issues teens were experiencing were anger, aggression, and even hallucinations.
- The study found that early smartphone exposure, such as before age 10, strongly correlates with these health impacts.
