(Shelby) -- Toole County Commissioners will have to make some budget adjustments to the budget for the coming year due to a 6-percent drop in land valuation on the Naturener Wind Farm.    Toole County commissioner Alan Underdal said this morning that no resolution has been reached on the issue with the State Department of Revenue.  He said the State is sticking to their assessment which will result in the value of a mill dropping by approximately 11-hundred dollars.  He added that the County is still looking at options but in the meantime the Commissioners have to move forward on passing a budget.

A public hearing on the budget is scheduled for next Tuesday morning Oct. 9th at 10:00 am.
