BOZEMAN — Registration is now open for Montana State University STEAM Day, a conference that offers hands-on workshops for middle school girls in the STEAM fields of science, technology, engineering, art and math. The event will be held Saturday, April 15, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the MSU campus.

Formerly known as Expanding Your Horizons, the event introduces girls in sixth, seventh and eighth grades to career options in STEAM fields. It is designed to be fun and offers workshops covering topics such as astronomy, paleontology, robotics, health, engineering, veterinary medicine, chemistry and more.
