SEVERE Restrictions/NO Water In Dutton!

There's NO water today (Monday) in Dutton. The town of Dutton, has been under SEVERE water restrictions. These restrictions pertained to 2 waterline breaks! Dutton, advises you there's now NO water, NO watering of lawns, NO laundry & NO dishes until the water's back on & these restrictions are lifted.
