Celebrating Shrove Tuesday In Choteau

St. Joseph's Catholic Church, will be hosting a Shrove Tuesday Community Pancake Supper on Tuesday (3/4.) Years back, folks used to "remove" the stuff they couldn't eat while fasting to avoid temptation during Lent. Pancakes were a real good way to use up their eggs, butter & fat. Pancakes are still good today, & they'll be great Tuesday night from 5 to 7, at the Choteau Pavilion. Speaking of pancakes, what kind of toppings/syrup do YOU prefer on your pancakes?
