Walk N Wheel Kicked Off This Morning!

Walk N Wheel, got underway this morning (Wed) & we'll be "walking & wheeling" through Friday, October 10th. Fit Fridays are always a hit too, & the 1st one of the season's this Friday, & every Friday through the 10th of October. Don't worry a bout a thing, kids can meet up at the old middle school at 7:30, or at the end of the viaduct at 7:45, for a safe & supervised walk to school. Please be sure & wear a helmet if you're riding a bike. Fit Fridays along with Wednesday's Walk N Wheel...it's the "real deal" in Shelby.
