The District 1B Track Meet was held at Memorial Stadium in Great Falls on Saturday and Choteau and Cut Bank came away winners.
The Choteau Bulldogs team racked up 166 points to lead the pack with Fairfield 129; Shelby 94 Conrad 77; Cut Bank 6 and Rocky 1 rounding out the field

Wednesday night in Shelby, KSEN and K96FM honored 46 local athletes at our annual Athlete of the Year Banquet and Awards Ceremony. We had over 150 people in attendance as local athletes were honored for their exceptional performances during the 2011-2012 sports year

Ronald Smith Clemency Hearing Today (Updated)
Ronald Smith, convicted double murderer, will speak today during an executive clemency hearing at the Powell County Courthouse in Deer Lodge. The hearing represents what will likely be his final opportunity to explain why his sentence should be commuted to life in prison instead of the death penalty
