George Winston, one of the most recognized solo pianists in the world, will be playing a benefit concert on Tuesday, May 12 at 7 p.m. in Bozeman at the Emerson Cultural Center’s Crawford Theater.  This benefit concert in support of Hopa Mountain, a Bozeman-based nonprofit organization, will feature George’s Winter Show, which will include melodic fall and winter type songs, some of Vince Guaraldi’s Peanuts pieces, and pieces inspired by the New Orleans piano and the stride piano traditions.
