National Walk @ Lunch Day

The Marias Medical Center Walking Club, the Marias Movers, invite you to take part in the fourth annual National Walk @ Lunch Day at noon today. Meet at the MMC main entrance if the weather is nice, at the civic center if it isn't. After the walk, the club will provide beverages at the Coffee Corner by the MMC gift shop.

National Walk @ Lunch Day is sponsored by the Blue Cross & Blue Shield Association to encourage Americans to work a little exercise into our daily routines.
