We've got an exciting broadcast for you from the 4th annual Backcountry Hunter & Anglers Rendezvous in Spokane this weekend!  Executive Director Land Tawney talks about the event, the growing organization and the battle being fought over a bill that would turn federal land management over to the states. This is something that does not bode well for future public access!  We'll also get to chat with Randy Newberg, the host of "Fresh Tracks" on the Sportsman Channel.  Randy will preview the upcoming season of his show, and share a funny story you won't be seeing anytime soon on TV!  Randy is also the keynote speaker for the Rendezvous banquet and shares his message about protecting our public lands and his passion for them during our broadcast.

In addition to covering the BHA Rendezvous we'll be hearing from Lance Merz during an extended "Mack's (Lure) Minute" about the good fishing going on right now at Lake Roosevelt and David Sparks brings us audio from well known outdoors personality Scott Haugen, who has been training up a new pup for hunting on this week's "Sportsman's Spotlight."  Last but not least, we'll share a detailed preview of the Bighorn Outdoor Adventure Show coming up March 19th through the 22nd in Spokane with event organizer Wanda Clifford!
