What’s happening in the area March 17th?

 Thursday, March 17th is Saint Patrick’s Day and that means delicious Irish dinners in our fine Restaurants around the area.   But….here are some events you may not have heard about.

  • The Chester/Joplin area will hold a Blood Drive from 1 to 6 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church Parish Hall in Chester.
  • The Shelby Lenten Lunches start again and today it will be held at St Williams Catholic Church from noon to 1.   The lunch will be over so everyone can get back to work.
  • The Montana Veterans Affair Rep will be in the area today to answer all your questions and concerns.  In Shelby from 1 to 2 at the Toole County Courthouse and then in Cut Bank at the Extension Office from 3 to 4.
  • The Conrad Boy Scouts will host a Spaghetti Dinner starting at 6 at the Conrad Moose Lodge. Dinner is just $5 a plate or $20 for a family. Come for dinner and stay for the Auction that follows.

Well, that’s all we have for Thursday March 17th.   Everyone have a great day and remember…..wear green for St Patrick’s Day.
