According to the Cut Bank Pioneer Press:

Bond issue for new H.C. Davis gym passes by nearly 2-1 vote Cut Bank voters were united in their support of a $2.5 million bond issue to build a new gym. Voter turnout was 55 percent in the mail-in election, which saw 782 voters say “yes” to the pro-posal put forth by the board of trustees of School District No. 15. Of the 1,199 votes cast in the elec-tion, only 409 were “no” votes.

Cut Bank Schools Clerk and Business Manager Scott Laird announced results of the election shortly after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. According to Laird, 65 percent of the votes cast were for the 20-year bond issue and 35 percent of voters were opposed.
