My special guest this afternoon (Tuesday) at 4:35 will be Butte native Christy Leskovar. Chirsty's been on my program before talking about her two books, "One Night in a Bad Inn" and "Finding the Bad Inn; Discovering My Family's Hidden Past". Christy's back in Montana this summer on a book signing tour. She'll be in Helena tomorrow (Wednesday), Missoula on Friday, Hamilton on Saturday, Bozeman next Wednesday, and in her native Butte a week from this Saturday. Back in 1997, Christy learned some startling news about her family: that her great-grandmother Sarah had been arrested for murdering her great-grandfather on their ranch near Forsyth. And you thought YOU had some black sheep relatives! Christy's visit to western Montana this summer is to speak about "How to Find and Preserve Your Family Story." She'll explain how she was able to piece together her family's colorful saga and will be providing practical tips on how to find and preserve yours. I met Christy several years back in Conrad and she's a cool lady and both her books are GREAT READS! Christy's already visited Glendive and Sidney, Montana, along with Williston, North Dakota on this tour and I'm more than anxious to catch up with her this afternoon at 4:35 on the Puffman Show. If you haven't already, I recommend that you check out her books. You won't be disappointed.
