If You Can Grill, You Can Smoke
New York Times Best Selling cookbook author and James Beard Award Nominee, Jamie Purviance will be joining me at 4:45 tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon on the Puffman Show. (I might lead into this interview with the old Platter’s tune, “Smoke Gets In Your Eyes” or perhaps “Smokin’ In The Boys Room”. “Smokey Mountain Rain” or “Smoke From A Distant Past” are also possibilities). Chef Puviance is considered one of the nation’s top grilling experts and his cookbooks have sold millions of copies worldwide. He’s written several cookbooks for iconic grill maker Weber Grills, and his latest book, “Weber’s Smoke” is dedicated to the art of smoke cooking. I’ll be giving away TWO copies of “Weber’s Smoke” right after the interview.
