Who, Exactly, Was Mr. Bojangles?

And what about Delta Dawn: who was this woman? Was she his girlfriend? We'll find out at 4:35 Monday afternoon when freelance writer, author, editor, and producer Randy Rudder is my guest.

Randy's a former music publicist and longtime arts and entertainment writer in Nashville. He not only knows who Mr. Bojangles was (a man he met when he spent a weekend in the slammer in New Orleans) and Delta Dawn too, (a songwriter's mom who was killed in a car accident) but he has the story-behind-the-story on other great songs such as Glen Campbell's  "Wichita Lineman" and "By the Time I Get to Phoenix," Tammy Wynette's"D-I-V-O-R-C-E," and Kenny Roger's "The Coward of the Country".
