Today's Tuesday, & that means tonight, I'll be up at the Marias Heritage Center to read & share more Montana History. We're all "caught up" in the book, "Goodbye Wifes and Daughters," the riveting story of the February 27, 1943 coal mine explosion, fire & disaster down at the Bearcreek mine in which 73 of the 78 men on duty died that awful day in the mine. The way I'm looking at it, we should be "drawing the curtain" on W.J. Yenne's 50 years in Glacier Park. "Switchback: Fifty Years in Glacier and the West" has been one really FUN book to read for Montana History at the Heritage.
