The Conrad Cowboys came out on top in the first round of the Boys 1B Basketball tournament in Shelby to start off the evening session.  The final of 49/27 puts Conrad in a semi-final battle with Rocky Boy tomorrow evening at 6:30pm

The Cut Bank 8th grade boys basketball team won the Final Four Tournament Saturday and I'm told they went undefeated for the season.  Congratulations!

Big voter turnouts reported in Toole County

Voter turnout totals in Toole County appear to be approaching record numbers.    As of mid-afternoon, among the 6-precincts in Shelby...2224 voters had been at the polls.   Registered voters by Monday afternoon was approximately 2,731 and quite a few of those registered voters are labeled as inactive, but even using that number the percentage of voters would be around 81-percent
