As summer really gets cooking, Homesteader Days is the big North Central Montana "Celebration of the Week". Surrounded by small communities, we have the unique opportunity to get in on the celebrations that they each have. The celebration this weekend will be held on the banks of Lake Frances.

  • 6:00 pm WHO Arena Annual Poker Walk or Trot ($10/per hand/free will dinner/ drinks/ music/ prize money/ 50/50

Saturday - June 25th

  • 8:30 am  All Day Softball Tournament
  • 10:00am - 3:00 pm HS Miller Park Activities (Vendors, Music (fiddlers), Games for All Ages, Pony Rides, Pie Sales, Volunteer Fireman's Signature Roast Beef Sandwiches, Women's Club Taco in a Bag, 50/50, Treasure Hunt)
  • 10:30am Parade Line-up
  • 11:00 Parade & People's choice award to follow in the park - Theme "Sports" 3on 3 Basketball
  • 12:00 Mud Bog Races Sign-Ups begin
  • 2:00pm Mud Bog Races
  • 3:00 pm Stick Horse Rodeo at the WHOA arena
  • 4:00pm Horse Events at the WHOA Arena (Food at the Pavilion: Pulled Pork, Taco in a Bag, Hamburgers - Lisa Campbell
  • 8:00 pm Full Bar Lake Frances Pavilion - Pierre's Bar
  • 8:30 pm - 12:30 am Dance/Band  "Up North" at the Lake Frances Pavilion
